Our Service
Our function consists of processing online passport/citizenship applications and related documentation. We inform, collect information, and present the name of the applicant to the corresponding authorities.
From the moment we provide you with a service, you become our customer. Our responsibility is limited to the receipt, management, help, and support in the application process and falls short of the decisions of the corresponding governmental authority regarding the final result.
Obtaining the passport/citizenship solely depends on the authority in charge. We cannot guarantee under any circumstances that it will be issued, so the fees paid to our company are for the processing and management, not for the issuance itself.
Fees and Refund Policy
Fees charged include our professional service fees and the official government fees required by the authorities.
Important Notice Regarding Refunds:
1. Service Fees: In the event that your application has been processed but you request a cancellation, we may refund the service cost (our management fee) subject to review of the work already performed.
2. Government Fees: Government fees are NEVER REFUNDABLE once they have been paid to the authorities on your behalf. Once the payment to the government has been executed, these funds cannot be discounted, recovered, or refunded under any circumstances, even if the application is subsequently rejected or cancelled.
Before making a payment, you will have the opportunity to check all details provided. If you have made errors, please correct them before proceeding.

By contracting our services, you accept these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound to WORLDWIDE SOLICITORS SL, responsible for processing payments. WORLDWIDE SOLICITORS SL is based in CALLE SOL, 62. 08201, SABADELL, BARCELONA, Spain, with CIF B44932895.
Limitation of Liability
The authority issuing the documents makes the final decision. Our company does not issue passports and cannot guarantee they will be obtained. We recommend postponing travel arrangements until documents are secured. We are not liable for delays by government authorities or for decisions made by immigration officials.
Jurisdiction
The disputes that may arise from this agreement will be governed by Spanish Law. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts situated in Barcelona, Spain.
